Lee Jin Yong

Mr. Lee Jin Yong is the Chief Executive Officer of the Managers and is based in the U.S. He has full executive responsibilities over the business directions and operational decisions in the day-to-day management of the Managers.

Mr. Lee has more than 30 years of experience in hotel management and investment. Mr. Lee has personally closed more than $4.0 billion in hotel and real estate transactions. He established Probity Investors, a boutique consultancy that evaluated investment opportunities and raised capital from institutional investors for global and national private equity fund managers. He has held leadership roles, including Chief Investment Officer at Thayer Lodging (now part of Brookfield) and Senior Vice President at HEI Hotels & Resorts, and served in business development capacity for hotel brands such as Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group (now part of InterContinental Hotels) and Marriott International. Mr. Lee began his career in hotel operations at the Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco.

Mr. Lee received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University. He was a long-term member of the Urban Land Institute, where he served on the U.S. Hotel Development Council, and is a lifetime member of the Cornell Hotel Society. Mr. Lee holds a U.S FINRA series 82 license.

Gregory Sim

Mr. Gregory Sim is the Chief Financial Officer of the Managers and is based in Singapore.

Mr. Sim is responsible for all the finance matters of Acrophyte Hospitality Trust. He has 30 years of experience with strong financial and corporate planning expertise, overseeing real estate development, operations and investment across Singapore, USA, Malaysia, and Australia. Mr. Sim began his career as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche LLP, Singapore.

Prior to joining the Managers, he served as the Deputy CEO of Haiyi Holdings Pte Ltd. Mr. Sim has held various senior management positions at listed companies such as Guccoland Limited and SingHaiyi Group Ltd. He also spent ten years at Far East Organization, where he oversaw the financial and reporting functions for the recurring income business group. He was involved in the initial public offering of Far East Hospitality Trust and was subsequently appointed as CFO and head of investor relations.

Mr. Sim graduated from Nanyang Technological University, of Singapore with a Bachelor of Accountancy and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

James S. Jung

Mr. James S. Jung is the Director, Investment of the Managers and is based in the U.S.

Mr. Jung works with the Chief Executive Officer to identify and evaluate potential acquisitions and related investments or divestments with a view to enhance the Trust's portfolio.

He has over 20 years of experience in hospitality acquisitions, dispositions and asset management. Prior to joining the Managers, He has reviewed over $10 billion in asset valuation and was personally involved in closing $2 billion in acquisition/divestment in partnership with leading institutional U.S. capital providers, including Starwood Capital, Angelo Gordon, Walton Street Capital, Host Hotels, and Watermark Lodging Trust.

Prior to his career in real estate investments, Mr. Jung spent several years consulting and implementing data solutions in various business sectors that include gaming, lodging, banking and consumer retail.

Mr. Jung holds a Master of Management in Hospitality with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from Cornell University, as well as a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degree from the University at Albany, State University of New York.

Cheryl Yong

Ms. Cheryl Yong is the Assistant Director, Finance of the Managers and is based in Singapore.

Ms. Yong assists the Chief Financial Officer with the finance function of ACRO-HT. She has 20 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting. Prior to joining the Managers, Ms. Yong was the Chief Financial Officer of ZACD Group Ltd where she was responsible for the group reporting and corporate finance function. She also held various finance and managerial positions in public listed companies in Singapore and Australia, including Pixie Group Limited, Banyan Tree Holdings and Infocomm Asia Holdings. Ms. Yong began her career as an auditor in KPMG Singapore.

Ms. Yong holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Queensland, Australia and is a member of CPA Australia.

Dawn Lee

Ms. Dawn Lee is the Investor Relations Manager of the Managers and is based in Singapore.

Ms. Lee serves as the primary point of contact for its stapled securityholders and the investment community. She manages the preparation of public disclosures, ensuring clear and consistent communication about ACRO-HT's performance, strategy and growth. She also oversees sustainability reporting, ensuring adherence to the latest ESG standards and practices. She has over 15 years of work experience in valuation and lease management. Prior to joining the Managers, she worked in Colliers International Consultancy & Valuation (Singapore) and Jurong Town Corporation.

Ms. Lee holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Illinois, U.S., and a Bachelor of Science (Real Estate) degree from the National University of Singapore. Ms. Lee is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers and a licensed valuer with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore.
