The U.S. hospitality market is the largest in the world with over 5.3 million rooms. In the U.S., around 70% of the industry supply is branded and further characterized into full-service, select-service and limited-service segments. The hotel brands can be further classified under the chain scale by price levels.
ARA H-Trust is focused in owning and operating upscale, premium-branded hotels with efficient and cost-effective select-service operating models in the U.S. The hotels are franchised under two of the world’s largest hotel chains, Marriott International and Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
