ARA US Hospitality Trust is established with the principal investment strategy of investing in hospitality-related assets located in the U.S. Our objective is to increase shareholder value through delivering stable and growing distributions to Stapled Securityholders and achieving long-term growth in net asset value per Stapled Security while maintaining an appropriate capital structure.

The Managers plan to achieve their objectives through the following key strategies:
Strategically located in 18 states across the US in hotels that appeal to both business and leisure travelers
Yield-accretive investment management to increase retums and enhance portfolio diversification
Drive distributions and returns for stapled securityholders while maintaining appropriate capital structure
The Managers will be selective in undertaking development projects which have the potential to enhance the total value of the portfolio of the Trust.
